Our Coaches
All coaches are certified through BGU’s Executive Coaching – Train-the-Trainer Course, which integrates values and faith-based leadership principles, strategic coaching frameworks, and practical tools for transformation. Coaches are equipped to guide participants through a structured four-session program that blends entrepreneurial thinking, reflective practice, and actionable planning. Additional sessions may be requested as needed.
BGU Coaches are deeply dedicated to nurturing your growth and development with the aim of fostering transformational leaders worldwide. Supporting you effectively and impactfully as you achieve your goals requires extensive training and continual practice. That’s why each coach is certified in the ***Transformational iOS™*** program and thoroughly trained and equipped through Transformed Leader™ methodology and ICF Core Competencies.

Become a Certified Coach
We welcome applications from experienced professionals, mentors, and faith-integrated leaders who are interested in being trained as coaches through our Executive MBA Transformational Leadership Coaching Program. This training offers the opportunity to earn the designation of BGU-Certified Coach.
BGU-Certified Coaches will be invited to join our coaching network, supporting BGU students and other clients as opportunities arise.
