Professional Experience: Yvonne is a graduate of the Doctor of Transformational Leadership (DTL) degree at Bakke Graduate University. She also graduated with a MASCE degree and is a graduate of the University of the West Indies. Her banking career spans over three decades of working with major banking institutions in Jamaica. Her many and varied areas of expertise include the implementation and support of banking platforms and online banking systems, quality assurance, system testing, and teaching. She served as Customer Service supervisor, as well as, trainer, and manager of the Implementation Support and Quality Assurance and Testing Units of the bank's Information Technology Division. She now serves as the Director of the MATL degree as well as guiding teaching assistants and assisting with the eLearning Team.
