Transformational Leadership Coaching
Course Description

Most students working on a master's or doctoral degree find themselves under-resourced, isolated, and lost somewhere along the way. Students are attempting to invest in their education while maintaining the complexities of their personal and professional lives.

What if there were a powerful way for a university to support them?

Students are increasingly craving meaning, purpose, and connection in all areas of their lives. They want to work hard, but they want their work to count—and to believe that, in some sense and some form, their work is making the world better. There are plenty of academic institutions that help students get better grades or graduate, but very few are offering transformative support along the way that strengthens the long-term impact for both the organization and the student.

This Executive Coaching course and certification process will strengthen key BGU faculty leaders and anyone seeking to become intentional about how they support and resource students. This course will also equip working adults as they navigate their leadership roles.
