Professional Experience:

Dr. Scholastica Wilson Olagunju is Professor of Organizational Assessment and Director of the Executive MBA and Transformational Leadership Coaching Programs at Bakke Graduate University (BGU). With over 25 years of global leadership experience, she equips leaders, organizations, and communities to lead with purpose, strategic clarity, and transformational impact.

Her expertise spans leadership development, executive coaching, organizational strategy, curriculum design, and capacity building. She currently focuses on expanding access to coaching and leadership development programs while integrating faith, strategy, and global relevance into leadership education.

Dr. Olagunju is the founder of the Center for Leadership Development (CLD) and the GiveCare Project, initiatives dedicated to strengthening communities through leadership training, entrepreneurship, and economic empowerment. Her work has impacted leaders and organizations across North and South America, Europe, Asia, and Africa.

A Certified Leadership Coach trained under the International Coaching Federation (ICF) framework, certified Mediator, and Entrepreneurship Trainer, Dr. Olagunju has supported entrepreneurs, nonprofits, faith-based organizations, and small businesses through her work with the U.S. Small Business Administration. She has also contributed to the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) through a global think tank, providing insights on leadership, development, and organizational effectiveness.
