The Transformational Leadership Coaching Certificate is designed to equip leaders with coaching skills that go beyond traditional management—skills needed to help individuals and organizations navigate complexity and transformation. It combines theory, experiential learning, and practical application so participants can coach with impact in a rapidly changing world.
The BGU Executive Coaching Course prepares transformational leadership coaches who can serve leaders in complex, rapidly changing environments. Leaders are equipped to coach with clarity, integrity, and professional excellence.
This certificate is ideal for executive leaders, educators, entrepreneurs, nonprofit professionals, seasoned coaches, facilitators, and those who are passionate about mentoring and global impact. It’s suited for practitioners who want to deepen their coaching ability, incorporate transformational leadership principles into their work, and serve diverse contexts.
The program uniquely blends the Transformational HOS process, experiential cohort learning, and the COACH Model® (Creative Results Management)—an approach that aligns with ICF coaching standards. This means participants not only learn frameworks, they engage them in context and apply them in real conversations with peers. The result is a coach equipped both intellectually and practically.
Participants will:
Gain proficiency in transformational leadership coaching principles and the HOS process.
Learn how to navigate coaching conversations using the COACH Model®.
Participate in live weekly sessions, engage in cohort experiences, and complete hands-on assignments.
Submit actual coaching conversations for peer review and demonstrate mastery through at least 50 coaching hours and a recorded coaching session evaluation.
The certificate runs 9 weeks, with live weekly sessions supplemented by outside exercises and guided practice. Participants must prepare and submit two coaching conversation recordings for evaluation of mastery. Successful completion leads to BGU-Certified Coach status.
Certified Executive Coaching cohorts are typically offered once each quarter. Each cohort’s start date, session days, and times are determined individually based on participant availability and interest. Scheduling is finalized once the minimum class size is reached.
Facilitators blend coaching expertise with leadership practice, drawing on both classroom experience and real-world engagement to mentor participants throughout the process.
On completion, participants will be prepared to coach leaders and teams with a transformational mindset, helping individuals unlock potential and navigate growth intentionally. Graduates gain recognized certification status that can support career advancement, consulting work, or enhanced leadership impact within organizations.
