About Kevin Heyne:
Over the last thirty years, Kevin has held a variety of leadership and executive positions in the corporate and non-profit sectors. Currently, Kevin serves as an executive for a highly successful Midwest manufacturer and distributor of building materials products, where he implemented the ideas for his book The Multiethnic Advantage. Kevin is also an ordained associate teaching pastor of a local multiethnic church and co-founder of Transformational Executive Coaching (TEC). TEC is a consulting-training organization that brings people together from diverse ethnic and racial backgrounds.
About Willy Kotiuga:
Willy Kotiuga is an engineer and reflective writer whose work explores the meeting place of faith, leadership, and everyday life. He holds a PhD in electrical engineering, chairs the Board of Regents at Bakke Graduate University, and teaches courses on Metrics of Innovation. An MFA graduate and Word Guild prize winner, he is the author of Stranger in the Theologians’ Den: Shaping My Soul and draws on thirty-five years of international consulting experience.
