"Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it." — Proverbs 22:6
As a mother, leader, and co-founder of The Boys Network International (TBNI), I carry a deep burden for our boys. Across Africa, too many grow up without fathers, wrestling with anger, hopelessness, and broken identity. While we rightly celebrate the empowerment of girls, boys are often left without the mentorship they need to step into manhood.
TBNI was born from this conviction: every boy is created in God’s image and, with guidance, can become a man of faith, vision, and responsibility.
Our Mission and Approach
TBNI’s mission is simple yet profound: To raise men who know their identity in Christ, their purpose in the world, and their responsibility to family and community.
Through three structured camps annually, TBNI engages boys aged 9–19 with a curriculum that blends:
Spiritual foundation: devotions, Bible study, prayer, and identity rooted in Christ.
Character formation: discipline, respect, integrity, resilience, and teamwork.
Life & leadership skills: cooking, farming, financial literacy, grooming, and sports.
The outcome is lasting transformation — boys return home confident, disciplined, and eager to serve their families, churches, and communities.
Looking Ahead
We are praying and working toward establishing the Boys Network Academy—a central hub for year-round mentorship, discipleship, and leadership development. With land already secured, our next faith step is raising $250,000 to build a training and resource center that will anchor this movement for generations to come.
This vision is sustained through affordable participation fees, community enterprises, alumni mentorship, and, most importantly, the generosity of churches, partners, and believers who share in this mission.
How You Can Partner With Us
The EMBA at Bakke Graduate University calls us to see business and leadership as mission — to pursue holistic transformation for the glory of God. The Boys Network International embodies this calling: it is where discipleship meets development, and where boys are shaped into men who will lead nations.
We cannot do this alone. For just $150, you can sponsor a boy to attend the camp.
This covers accommodation, meals, mentorship, and all program activities.
Your gift is more than support — it is an eternal investment in shaping leaders of faith, character, and purpose.
