Professional Experience: Dr. Kotiuga is Senior Director, Strategic Studies of one of the world’s largest engineering firms. He is a registered Professional Engineer and has authored numerous technical papers. He frequently speaks at conferences in addition to advising Electric Utilities and Governments on the sustainable development of power network infrastructure and long-term strategic planning.

During his career, he worked in over 25 countries and spent significant time overseas in China, India, Guinea (Conakry), Ivory Coast, Saudi Arabia and Senegal. As an infrastructure project director, he has over 30 years of experience in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, including governments and International Funding Institutions such as the World Bank, Asian Development Bank and African Development Bank.

Willy serves on the executive committees of several para-church organizations and is also a member of the core team of the Lausanne Workplace Network. He actively promotes faith-based dialogue in workplace ministries and speaks extensively in small meetings, university courses, seminars, retreats, and conferences on the value of faith in a secular environment. Willy serves as the Chairperson of the BGU Board of Regents.
