Professional Experience: Hubert (Hue) Quiller DTL is the founding senior pastor of the Restoration Worship Center of Richmond Hill, GA. He currently serves as the Legal Redress Committee Chairperson of the Bryan County branch of the NAACP. He served the US Army passionately and unselfishly for over twenty years in positions of increasing responsibility, the most notable being First Sargent of HHC 4th Training Brigade, Fort Jackson, South Carolina. After retirement, he continued to serve in the US Army as an Emergency Management Specialist and Operations Security Manager on Hunter Army Air Field near Savannah, GA. He completed his academic research and dissertation in the area of servant/transformational leadership at Bakke Graduate University, Dallas, Texas, with a Doctorate in Transformational Leadership (DTL). He is married to the former Johnnie Deloris Maddox of Tuscaloosa, Alabama. She is the Senior Environmental Health and Safety Specialist at BASF of Savannah, Georgia. Together they have four sons, Alfonso, Nicholas, Joshua, and Justus.
