Patrick Thompson is one of the Directors on staff at Swallowfield Chapel where they have a membership of over one thousand five hundred (1,500) members. He provides leadership care, equipping,  training, shepherding, teaching and discipleship for the Youths & Young Adult Cluster. He is also the Country National Youth Director for Christian Brethren Assemblies Jamaica where he provides visioning, training, discipleship, teaching and equipping for over eighty youth leaders/pastors. Patrick believes he is called to discover, develop and deploy leaders to have an eternal impact for God's Kingdom. He is passionate about leadership, discipleship, teaching, and equipping others so that they can serve well wherever God has placed them.
