Matthew Mbanga DTL, MBA (Bakke), is the CEO of Foundations for Farming Trust (Zimbabwe), Faculty member of The Sustainability Challenge Foundation (The Netherlands), and Associate Pastor of Highlands Presbyterian Church (Zimbabwe).

Matthew runs adventure-based experiential learning camps with teens and corporates throughout Zimbabwe and leads a Ministry that teaches sustainable agriculture to bring hope and healing to hurting lands. Foundations for Farming is a Zimbabwean organization that has training stations in 14 nations on 5 continents. Matthew and his wife live in Harare, Zimbabwe with their four children.
