Professional Experience: Dr. Jennings has served as a lecturer, specializing in Ethics, Philosophy, Theology, and Research Methods and Practice at Ghana Christian University College, Accra since 1989. He is currently working as an adjunct teaching Philosophy and Ethics. He holds a Ph.D. in Moral Theology (University of Birmingham, 2007), an MA in Education (University of Derby, 2010), and a Certificate in Solution-Focused Practice (Birmingham Change, Brief Therapy, 2014). He is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (UK), and a Reviewed Practitioner for Solution Focus in Organisations (SFiO). From 2015 to 2019, he served as a Consulting Tutor with the Association of Commonwealth Universities on the University Administrative Practice program, aimed at middle-level University administrators, and developed and facilitated Solution Focus-based workshops for the program in the UK, Ghana, Nigeria, and Canada. His current interest is in the use of reflective and practice-based learning in applied character ethics. Brian has served with Bakke Graduate University as a Global Associate for West Africa from 2010 to 2011 and as a member of the Ph.D. Advisory Committee since January 2020. He is married to Comfort Adjahoe-Jennings, a social entrepreneur, who supports rural communities through the production and marketing of local crafts and Shea butter cosmetics through her company, Ele Agbe Company Ltd.
