After 20 years as a business consultant in Brazil, Paula founded a non-profit organization to support women in vulnerability to overcome poverty. Using business principles in a Christian perspective, she is an author, speaker, and teacher for BGU (Vision, Values and Culture) and CETI Continental (Mission & Praxis). Married to Carlo (a computer engineer) and mother of Laura (21) and Giovana (17) her passion is to see leaders ignited to be the transformers of this generation.
