Bakke Graduate University (BGU) is seeking an Executive Director of Finance and Operations to be the “air traffic controller” between students, finance, academics, and strategy. Candidate must have:

- Competence in detailed processes and a drive to closure and completion

- Motivation to solve problems and remain persistent until solutions are found

- Ability to manage a small team through personal example of expertise and competence persistent to solve problems

This person must be located in Dallas but it will include both virtual at-home work as well as in-office work at the BGU campus at Royal Ln and Greenville. This person will manage a small staff of 2 part-time employees. The primary role will include accounting and financial reporting, but the position serves on the strategic leadership team with the University President and University Academic Dean.
