Dr. Kevin Heyne, author of The Multiethnic Advantage and graduate of BGU, shares the process he took to turn his dissertation into a book. In this session, Kevin will share his learnings and insights that will help you in your journey to turn your dissertation into a book.

About the book

Organizations are missing out on an opportunity to add value through ethnic diversity. They either fear fall-out and don’t know what to do or embrace a model that oftentimes leads to controversy and discord. Outlining a straightforward blueprint for leaders, Dr. Kevin Heyne articulates a process that promotes harmony and organizational health.
