Dr. Lim Kah Hooi is a business coach and mentor to CEOs and Senior Leaders for the past 25 years. Prior to this, he served 18 years with several American multinationals, eventually holding key positions including General Manager and Managing Director.

 In 2017, Kah Hooi co-founded The-Encubator (www.the-encubator.com) with the vision of transforming the marketplace through multiplying biblical entrepreneurs.

In 2007, he pioneered the Workplace Ministry at Damansara Utama Methodist Church (http://dumc.my), called Faith@Work ministering to young working adults.

Dr. Kah Hooi holds a Doctor of Transformational Leadership from the Bakke Graduate University, MSc in Industrial Management and a BSc (Hons.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Birmingham, UK.
