Mr. Bernard Mitchell is Chairman of Enomis Professional Services Ltd and former CEO of E-IDCOT and NPMC. With a BSc in Electrical Engineering, MSc in Electronics and Instrumentation, and an MBA, he specializes in leadership, strategic planning, and project management. He has also held senior roles in telecommunications and public sector projects.
