Universities worldwide are currently facing difficulties due to low enrollment rates. This challenge has far-reaching consequences for academic communities and the continued viability of educational programs.

You are receiving this letter because you are, or have been, a student of Bakke Graduate University or a member of the Personal Learning Community of our students or graduates of the Master of Arts in Transformational Leadership (MATL). Through your involvement, you have witnessed the positive impact of our transformational program, which has enhanced our students' lives and leadership skills.

We are convening a forum to collaboratively and prayerfully develop strategies to address recruitment and sustainability. Your perspective and experience are important as we work together to address low enrollment and maintain the ongoing success of our transformational leadership program.
