Spiritual Formation in the Workplace: Discipleship Happens at Work

The purpose of this project is to develop devotional material for entry level managers so that they are aware and engaged in their personal discipleship. God is engaged in discipling his people through the day-to-day events that take place at work. Christians are rarely aware of God’s directing influence while at work. These exercises will enable Christians to further their understandings of what God is doing, engage with their work environments, and develop more and more into the likeness of Christ. By using this guide, they will be able to see personal God moments, respond to situations and people from a secure inner place, and create an environment that benefits their subordinates and coworkers.

Feedback showed that people adapted this guide to suit their lifestyles, found their attitudes at work had positively changed, including a greater sense of calling to their specific places of work.
