This final paper recounts my journey as I pursued my Master of Arts in Transformational Leadership at Bakke Graduate University. It discusses the challenges I faced in my personal life, my spiritual growth, and the lessons I learned. The final paper presents a biblical and contextual approach to ministry, drawing on more than eighteen years of experience as a pastor and missionary, a carefully selected set of books, important life events, and advice from trusted mentors.

The first chapter is about important books that changed how I see the church, being a disciple, and being a leader. Chapter Two discusses what we can learn from experiencing problems, following rules, and collaborating with people from other cultures. Chapter Three discusses the biblical, church, and God's mission and salvation as the foundation for ministry.

The last chapter discusses how my Personal Learning Community helped me improve this document. The final product is a personal yet transferable statement of a Christ-centered ministry philosophy that emphasizes being close to God, helping others, and making a commitment to do so. This paper is more than just a look back at my ministry; it is also a tool to be used for what is coming. It is based on prayer, taking charge, and always working to become a better transformational leader.
