Masters Final Project - Mark Benn

This project is a major accomplishment for me. Articulating my philosophy of ministry forms the main focus of this essay. The Personal Assessment course provided a platform for personal transformation. The fact that taking this course forced me to confront myself while examining the level of my authenticity cannot be overemphasized. Working through this course contributed immensely to the leader that I have become. Two other important elements of this project include many lessons from the books I read and the invaluable contribution of mentors who walked with me through various aspects of my academic and life’s journey. This project also provided the opportunity to learn from the wisdom, experiences, and knowledge of the several professors who facilitated different courses. My engagement with other colleagues was also a learning opportunity and contributed to the successful completion of this work. Generally speaking, this project has set the foundation for me to build on for continual leadership development thus avoiding the danger of becoming a plateaued leader.
