Knowing God and Practicing His Character and Power Christianity As It Is Meant to Be

The purpose of this dissertation is to pass on some of the most important things I have learned in my intensive seventy-five year, worldwide search to know God.  God is calling for new leadership in the Church of America.  Those God calls to lead must step out and lead. God will equip them.  But before they lead, they must know and practice God’s wisdom.  The key points as I see them are:

Allowing a personal encounter with God that will last forever

Acknowledging the utter foolishness of human wisdom – learning to be a “self-feeder”

Knowing the main messages of the most valuable book ever written

Understanding that the Bible has universal truth for all cultures and all times

Experiencing a greater power than ever before known

Understanding Jesus’ call to advance God’s Kingdom – His main message

Transforming community into a giving, sharing, godly culture

Becoming aware of how renewal is progressing in Columbus, Ohio

Using my personal journey as a guide

Continuing to study in these areas with books listed in the bibliography

These ten points can be reduced to two:

Maturing by becoming a “self-feeder”

Becoming a leader by practicing the Headship of Christ Principle

I am talking about developing an intimate personal relationship with the Most High God of the universe, like the first century Christians experienced; and about receiving the power that Jesus gave them.  My intention is to broaden the view of God; to give a global perspective:  There is only one true God and creator in the universe. He is known even in cultures that have never heard the Gospel.  Infallible truth is best discerned from revelation in community using the Headship of Christ Principle
