The purpose of this project is to consider why human systems are in chaos, experiencing varying degrees of complexity, confusion, crisis, and conflict, and to produce an assessment instrument and corresponding how-to guide for intervention and intentional transitions of such human systems. The Intervention Archetype Assessment and a book proposal can be found in the Appendices, along with an organizational assessment. Included research spotlights established and emerging leaders in Africa, the Middle East, and the United States, who are changing themselves so they can become agents of change, capable of rebuilding trust and restoring faith in the human systems they can influence. This dissertation project also includes a deep theological foundation and a comprehensive literature review for scholar-practitioners currently intervening in and intentionally transitioning human systems in chaos or who will be intervening in the near future.
