Factors Leading to Successful, Long-Term, First-Time, Senior Pastorates: Avoiding the Unhealthy Effects of Pastoral Transience

This project attempts to provide insight regarding the growing problem of pastoral transience among denominational Christian churches in the Northwest. Six assumptions contribute to the goal of building successful, long-term, first-time senior pastorates.
