In Quebec, in a post-Christian society, young Christian believers in Montreal are desperate to live out their faith on a daily basis. For a long time, the Church has forgotten their primary vocation: to make disciples. La Chapelle wants to get back to its original mission and help its young members grow spiritually. Over the years, many tools and methods for making disciples have been tried and tested, but to no avail. Even today, God's harvest still needs laborers, and the Father, ever faithful to Himself and for the undying love of mankind, brings these young adults to His Church to make them complete adults in Christ. Returning to the method Jesus himself used two thousand years ago to make his disciples remains the foundation on which the Church should first build. This study seeks to propose a solution for growing our young adult Christian believers, firstly by taking into account each individual's quest, secondly by surrounding them with a family of young Christians in their likeness, pursuing a similar quest, and finally, by accompanying them on their spiritual journey by a leader, an accomplished disciple of Jesus Christ. Thus, made up of these three elements, a Christian community will be formed, and it is still possible to experience this transformation: transform this group of Christians into a community with a missionary vocation, and all these young Christian adults into adults fulfilled in Christ, who in turn will replicate themselves (make other disciples who will make others), thus responding to the mandate given by the Lord Jesus Christ.
