A Strategy for Building Bridges Between Companies and Customers Through a Symbiotic Relationship in Order t Maximize Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty

This dissertation project focused on the principle of forming a symbiotic relationship between security company management and their customers. For the advancement of transformational leadership, for this dissertation, I utilized the concepts of Theology of Work and Servant Leadership. I studied the relationship between purposely selected security managers and customers. The results showed that there is an alternative to the standard way of doing business with the focus only on making a profit. The principle of a symbiotic relationship can be implemented between two parties with the outcome of profitability.
