Dr. Shanti Persaud
With over 20 years of business experience and six years in banking, Dr. Persaud believes she can add value to others with the knowledge she has by “teaching them to fish.” From a young age, she aspired to empower people, leading her to earn a Business Management degree from the University of Guyana, an MBA, and a Doctorate in Transformational Leadership from Bakke Graduate University, Texas, USA. Certified as a Senior Certified Professional Coach (ICF accredited), a Maxwell Leadership coach, speaker, and trainer, and an ActionCOACH Business and Executive Coach, Shanti is also a Behavioral Analysis Trainer, Accumatch Behavioral Intelligence Coach, NLP Practitioner, CBET certified trainer, Adding Zero facilitator, Emotional Intelligence Training and a Positive Intelligence Coach. With over eight years in corporate training and more than five years in business and executive coaching, her passion lies in helping organizational leaders achieve personal and professional growth.
Dr. Persaud serves on several boards, including Youth with a Mission Guyana and as President of the Auxiliary of the Gideon’s International in her camp. She founded Guyana's first non-profit leadership foundation, which provides value-based teachings to the youths and adults to develop their leadership skills and make more value-based decisions. Dr. Oladotun Reju
Oladotun Reju is the founder and Chief Resource Person of the Center for Transformational Leadership, Jos City Nigeria. He was trained as a banker and has been in pastoral and teaching vocation for 19 years. “Dot” is the founding Pastor of The Kingdom Citizens’ Pavilion Ministry, a multi-faceted local congregation based in Jos. The church community serves the city in areas of education through the Kingdom Citizens International School and Kingdom Citizens College, socialpolitical and economic empowerment through the Patris Empowerment Initiative, a social-political action group for the promotion of responsible governance and citizenship in Nigeria. Dot mentors Christian artists by resourcing them to develop capacity to deploy the arts for transformational purposes; the flagship of the Arts Initiative is the “Jos City Gatekeepers Band” and “M4Creation” Studios. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from University of Lagos, a Master of Arts in Christian Leadership from The West African Theological Seminary, Lagos, and a Doctor of Ministry in Transformational Leadership for the Global City from Bakke Graduate University, Seattle, WA. Dr. Reju currently serve on the Board of Regents of Bakke Graduate University and has been stewarding the Theology of Work Grant Program for the US-based Mustard Seed Foundation for 12 years.
Avia Maria Lindie, MBA
Avia Maria Lindie is a seasoned Strategic Business Development Specialist with over 25 years of experience, known for her visionary leadership. She founded Evolve Business Solutions Inc., where she focuses on unlocking human capital's potential through leadership, mentorship, and coaching. In 2020, she launched the e-commerce lifestyle brand "Collection by AVIA MARIA" to promote "Inner Beauty, Outer Confidence." Recently, she partnered with tech entrepreneur Eldon Marks to develop Avi AI, a human-like conversational AI agent. Avia has held significant leadership roles, including CEO of Metro Office & Computer Supplies, and executive positions in the airline and technology sectors. She also plays a key role in shaping strategy for Fintech startup Kanoo Guyana Inc.

Lieutenant Colonel Eon Murray, MBA (candidate)
With extensive experience as an Officer in the Guyana Defence Force, Col Murray demonstrates leadership daily, remaining steadfast and resolute in engaging leaders from all levels of society. His goal is to inspire change through effective leadership, which is crucial for society today. Col Murray brings a wealth of knowledge as a previous training officer and leader at different levels of the Guyana Defence Force. He holds a Bachelor of Social Science (Public Management) from the University of Guyana and a Masters in Business Association Leadership and Innovation – Candidate from Edinburgh Napier University.
