Snow in March by Shawna Snow

Snow in March by Shawna Snow

In Snow in March, Shawna Snow shared her journey with loss, grief, joy, and celebration through a collection of journal entries during the first few years after the death of her late husband, Dan Snow.
She hoped that her writing will encourage others to find "safe spaces" and people who will walk with them.

About Shawna:
Shawna was a public school teacher in California for more than 10 years. During this time, she was married to Dan, who was a youth pastor. Together they worked with the youth in many different capacities. In 2005, she moved to Amsterdam with her 5 kids, where she eventually started her own non-profit, Reckoning, which develops leaders in vulnerable communities. She has her Master's Degree in Global Urban Leadership and has pursued youth development in communities for the past 20 years, involving urban and cross-cultural environments.
In 2009, she remarried and continues to live in Amsterdam with her husband and three of her children. She trains, coaches, and leads teams in sustainable community development models. In her spare time, she loves to read, spend time with family and friends, travel, and run on occasion.
