Professional Experience: Dr. Kwang Kim was born into a family of faith in Seoul, attending Sunday school in an evangelical environment. After majoring in engineering at Seoul National University and earning a master's degree at George Washington University, he went to Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, obtaining the M.Div. and Ph.D. under the leadership of Drs. Paul Hiebert and Harold Netland. His major is intercultural studies, focused on Christian leadership developments. Returning back to Korea, through seminary education and ministry experience, he has been continuously trying to establish a Christian leadership paradigm that is mainly differentiated from general leadership in the Bible, and also did research about the practice and development of Christian leadership in cross-cultural situations. Currently, as a professor of liberal arts at Seoul Jangsin University, he is currently serving the kingdom of God through teaching, writing, and preaching.
