Professional Experience: H Spees serves full-time as Senior Vice President with Leadership Foundations (LF), a movement of 49 faith-based nonprofit organizations working for the social and spiritual renewal of cities across Africa, Asia, Central, and North America. LF specializes in bringing together leaders from business, government, faith, and social sectors to address human and social problems. LF has an aggregate budget of $55 million with 900 staff working with 12,000 partners worldwide engaging leaders in under-resourced communities to improve their living conditions and prospects for self-sufficiency. H is also an ordained minister serving as Pastor-at-Large for First Presbyterian Church, Fresno, CA.
