Lynn Jackson is the Director of the EMBA, a global Executive MBA program focused on Responsible Global Leadership. As a participant in the Economics of Mutuality Conference at Oxford, she continually seeks new insights into how to develop the leaders the world needs today and for the future. Lynn is an experienced Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coach and certified Cultural Transformation Specialist partnering with executive teams to define their shared vision and the operating values that will take them there while minding the gap between what they say and what they actually do in the maelstrom of today’s workplace.
Lynn’s corporate experience has included time in the financial sector for a bank holding company and as a senior manager for the supply chain and logistics division of a large telecommunications company. As an executive coach, she has worked both in the U.S. and internationally with non-profit clients to develop safe, unbiased coaching experiences for their diverse staff. Today her consulting work in the area of organizational culture and leadership development spans numerous industries.
She has a BS in Computer Science and Mathematics and a Master of Arts in Social and Civic Entrepreneurship where her emphasis was on an entrepreneurial collaboration of non-profits, government, and business organizations for the common good of the community. She is currently completing her Doctorate in Transformational Leadership.
When she’s not working with students or clients you can find her spending time with her family or traveling the globe to discover new places, always open to new insights on what it means to be human.
